Travel Clinic If you are planning a holiday abroad and are likely to need vaccinations or just advice please contact us well in advance. Some of the vaccination courses take 3 months. You will be asked by reception staff to complete a travel form (you can also download one from this page) prior to your appointment. Please contact the surgery to arrange an initial telephone consultation with the Practice Nurse. Allow 3 working days from the time your form arrives in the surgery for the Practice Nurse to assess your travel health requirements. You can bring the form in person, send by post or fax to 01865 377826.
