Travel Clinic
If you are planning a holiday abroad and are likely to need vaccinations
or just advice please contact us well in advance. Some of the
vaccination courses take 3 months.
You will be asked by reception staff to complete a travel form (you can
also download one from this page) prior to your appointment. Please
contact the surgery to arrange an initial telephone consultation with
the Practice Nurse. Allow 3 working days from the time your form arrives
in the surgery for the Practice Nurse to assess your travel health
requirements.
