New Patients
How to Register
When you register with the practice, it is useful to have your National
Health Service number and the name and address of your previous doctor.
This information can be found on your medical card so please keep it
safe. If you do not have a medical card, there are forms at the surgery
you can complete instead. New patients are invited to attend for a
medical check-up as there is often a delay before your medical records
reach us.
If you have moved here from abroad
please bring passport/ID card.
Temporary Residents
You are entitled to see a doctor anywhere in the UK if you are away from
home. You can do this by asking to see the nearest doctor as a temporary
resident. Similarly, we will be happy to see any of your friends or
relatives who are staying with you, if the need arises.
Patients
from Abroad
Please note if you are a foreign national you may not be
entitled to NHS treatment and you may be required to pay for any
treatment that you receive.
